For five years, Hoofprints for HAVEN has brought riders and the community together to support HAVEN of Tioga County. Since the first ride in 2022, Hoofprints for HAVEN has raised $17,446 for HAVEN's free and confidential services for victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault throughout Tioga County.

Our fifth annual ride on August 29, 2026, brought approximately 20 riders to Ole Covered Wagon Tours and raised $5,724. More importantly, we had a great time doing it. We've watched familiar faces return year after year, welcomed new riders, made memories on the trail, and built an event that people genuinely looked forward to. We are incredibly grateful to every rider, sponsor, volunteer, donor, and supporter who helped make Hoofprints for HAVEN such a success.

We owe a huge thank you to Brad Confer and the team at Ole Covered Wagon Tours, who have supported Hoofprints for HAVEN from day one. Brad generously donated the use of his facility and trail system each year, making the ride possible. We truly could not have done it without him.

​

We've already heard plenty of talk about next year, and we'd love to see Hoofprints for HAVEN continue. After five years of organizing the event, the current leadership is stepping away. We are looking for someone, or a small group of people, to take the reins of the riding portion and help carry this tradition forward.
